Section 84
Sending in writing to withhold
: (1) For the purpose of section 79 and 83, the cooperative society may send in writing to the relevant body to withhold the account of any person, ownership of the property, transfer of ownership, transfer of name or sale.
(2) If there is a written request for withholding according to sub-section (1), the relevant body shall, in accordance with the prevailing law, keep the account of such person, property, transfer of ownership, transfer of name or sale.
